Key responsibilities:

Support in developing and implementing the sustainability strategy to ensure sustainable sourcing practices across our complex and diverse value chains

Implement sustainability into all procurement decision-making processes

Participate in the company's future proofing by anticipating and addressing risks for the company linked to sustainable sourcing by developing procurement and sustainability capabilities

Support in external and internal training and communication

Support the supply chain decarbonization program. Coordinate program and report on program metrics in close collaboration with Group Sustainability.

Support in calculating supplier-specific emission factors and supplier GHG Reduction Roadmaps

Support developing implementation plans for the company's target setting for GHG Scope 3 and Net Zero

Drive industry collaboration through sector initiatives such as Together for Sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes  in a business-to-business context;

Strong understanding of supply chain management's ethical, environmental, and social issues.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience with and/or affinity for emission factor modelling, chemical/environmental engineering is a strong asset

Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language will be considered a plus
