Key responsabilities:
Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement new processes or improvements to existing processes, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption and implementation of new processes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, including flowcharts, operational procedures, and training manuals.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions.
Monitor and measure the performance of business processes using KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Provide ongoing training and support to company teams to ensure understanding and adherence to new processes.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies that may benefit the company's business processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes (strategic and operational) in a business-to-business context;
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, etc.).
Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language will be considered a plus
