Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a Legal Counsel and Paralegal, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and legal excellence.

Provide proactive legal support on commercial, corporate, employment, and litigation matters across the Americas.

Identify and mitigate legal risks, including oversight of litigation and dispute resolution strategies.

Draft, review, and negotiate strategic agreements with suppliers, customers, and distributors.

Support governance initiatives, entity management, and board-related matters.

Work closely with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Requirements: 

Graduated in Law with OAB certification.

Experience leading the Legal area across the Americas, gained in multinational companies.

Strong knowledge of commercial law, employment law, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions.

Strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, risk assessment and excellent communication.

English required; Spanish and Portuguese highly desirable
