Key Responsibilities: 


Work in customer service; E2E process (from the receipt/entry of orders in the SAP system, to the delivery to the customer)

Monitor service orders to ensure all stages of the process, thus making delivery effective;

Control of Nonconformities and follow-up to close corrective actions;

Interfaces with the commercial area for improvement projects and new projects with customers.

Serve customers with a strong need for data analysis and process management.

Participation in Global Projects for the Customer Service area


Requirements:


Bachelor´s degree in Business or related areas;

Advanced English;

Strategic thinking with analytical skills and good communication skills;

Pro-active profile;

Knowledge on systems (SAP, PowerBI).

Experience in the B2B market
